How We Protect Your Business
Your identity and financial details are never published or disclosed publicly. Marketing materials for your business are anonymized, and prospective buyers do not receive identifying details or sensitive financial information until they have been vetted and have signed a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
What a Buyer Agrees To
Before receiving detailed financial or operational information about a business we represent, a prospective buyer signs an NDA agreeing not to disclose that information to any third party or use it for any purpose other than evaluating the potential acquisition.
